Porto River

This hotel is located right on the wharf where all the action takes place. It is in the tourist part of Ribeira, with buskers playing music and lots of cafes and restaurants around. The rooms are comfortable, with delightful views of rooftops and alleys. The breakfast is simple and fresh, with a great view of the river.

The light in the bathroom was broken and could not be fixed during our stay.

My stay at Porto River was fine. I booked a river view room and was blown away by the beautiful apartment-style setup. The separate bedroom and living room were spacious and tastefully decorated, with French doors that opened to amazing views of the river below. The modern and minimalistic decor added to the charm of the room. It was like a hidden gem in the heart of Porto. The hotel staff made my birthday extra special by offering me a glass of champagne and a complimentary glass of port. The location was perfect, allowing me to explore the riverfront and indulge in the delicious food at nearby restaurants. I would highly recommend Porto River for a nice stay in Porto.

The hotel is situated in an alley underneath a raised walkway and boasts a great location right down along the riverfront, which makes it easy to access everything. The rooms are spacious, tasteful, and comfortable with clean bathrooms. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The river view from the bar/breakfast room is superb, and the attached restaurant offers wonderful food.

The noise from the street below can be loud at times due to the area's abundance of people and seagulls.

Breakfast options are good, with freshly squeezed orange juice. Spacious lounge and snacks available. Convenient for dining options and sightseeing.

While parking was not available at this hotel, we easily found nearby transportation options to explore the city.

Amazing stay on the banks of the River Douro during Easter. The location was perfect for exploring the city and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the area. The apartment was fine, clean, and equipped with excellent facilities. We loved the fact that it , with the added benefits of a hotel. The daily maid service and the helpful reception staff made our stay even better.

The breakfast experience was a bit hectic , with occasional shortages of juice, plates, and bread rolls. The repetition of the continental breakfast each morning became somewhat monotonous.

I recently stayed at a gorgeous hotel in an iconic Porto location. The interior was absolutely beautiful, modern, and clean. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. The waterfront position in the Ribera district was great, with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from nearby. The views from our room facing the river were amazing day and night.

We had an amazing stay at this venue! It is located right on the river which is perfect, and it is in the center of the historical area, making it a lively central area of the city. The service was excellent, from the dry cleaning to the airport shuttle, everything was taken care of with great care and attention to detail. The room amenities, such as the ironing facilities and air conditioning, were top-notch and made our stay even more comfortable.

There were no negative aspects of this hotel, and we highly recommend it to everyone. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the leisure facilities, including the jacuzzi, were exceptional.
